FollowCheck does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app works entirely offline on your device. No data is sent to us, to third parties, or to any external servers.
The app exclusively processes files that you provide on your device — specifically the Instagram data export (JSON format), which you request through Instagram's official "Download your information" feature.

Processed results (e.g., follower lists, workflow progress) are stored locally in the app's on-device storage (UserDefaults) and can be removed at any time by deleting the app.
FollowCheck does not require an Instagram login. The app has no access to your Instagram account, your password, or your Instagram session. No connection to Instagram servers is established.
The app contains links to Instagram profiles (instagram.com). When you open such a link, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms, Inc. applies. We have no influence on data processing by Meta.
Downloads through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple Inc.'s privacy policy. Apple may collect technical data during the download process. We have no influence over this.
FollowCheck uses no tracking tools, analytics services, crash reporters, ad networks, or any other SDKs that collect user data.
